Christmas Wishes & Horse-nality Lists From Hondo!

Hi ranch fans – it’s Hondo here with your weekly update on those star horse-nalities!  


We had our first real snow this week – that’s right the kind that makes Lost Valley look like a winter wonderland.  Oooo-aaaah!  Cowboy Nick and I had a fun snowball fight, more of that on my Friday blog folks, and as I’ve been feeling kind of Christmassy, I thought it was time to start my Big FC list. In fact, come the 25^th of December I’m expecting a shiny new bucket or two. Yes siree! 

 

Anyhow, another horse-nality has been loping into the lead this week, so move over Chip as Puzzle is flying, not just over Colorado, but way ahead of our other contestants.  In second place we have Powder, the 'Goldilocks' of the West and little old me and C.P. have moved into third and fourth place (sob). Otis and Moonshine are neck and neck, but there’s still a few more weeks of votin’ to go, and just like the snow, we’ve had a flurry of entries this week!

Next up we’ve got Kenosha, who’s a bit of an actress by all accounts and Mary, the speediest steed by far.  And, as I’m in the mood for making lists, before I get a wiggle on, here’s a round up for you peeps, and a little reminder of all our magical mounts to date!

11. Otis - cowhorse or cowboy? Otis' the mount who thinks he’s human! 

12. Puzzle – saddle up with this mare & you can FLY across Colorado! 

13. Gus – our ‘full of beans foal’ 

14. Lakota – the 'princess' of the west! 

15. Peaches – the loper who likes to lunch 

16. Zapato – the zip zapping horse-nality!
