More Words That Will Make You Head West!
Why if I could do cartwheels, I’d be spinning around the corral in next to no time - or perhaps doin' somethin' similar to cowboy Josh (pictured above). Want to know why? Well, you’ll have to take a peek at my next PONY Magazine blog, but until then here’s a few more western words to get you in a feeze for the yuletide season – OOOO-AAAH!
Tear Squeezer - A sad story (just like when you folks left Lost Valley – sob)
Hair Case - Yes, you probably already guessed it - it's a hat!
Piece of Pudding - Good luck
Rag Proper - To dress well.
Three-by-nine smile - A laugh or BIG smile!
Chirk – a happy go lucky wrangler
Shop-mades - Boots.
Worse Than a Cat in a Roomful of Rockers - Someone who is really nervous.
Throw up the sponge – To give up.
I hope not folks – keep votin’
'til next time y'all
